Jake had problems staying awake through the dog show.

The schnauzers struck out at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show last night.

None of the schnauzers, giant, standard or miniature, won in a group. Hickory, the Scottish deerhound, won best in show. While watching her trot around, I thought she had that something special. Grace and personality came through. Complete results are at http://www.westminsterkennelclub.org/.

Watching all the gorgeous and lively dogs was delightful. Of course, now I want more dogs, but that is not possible right now.

As for Jake, Hope and Windy, they are winners to us.
